Trained as a social scientist, Claude André Ribaux was originally engaged as manager of international public health initiatives, mainly working for the international Red Cross movement, where much of his time was in project development and working as a consultant in change processes and conflict transformation in complex political environments.
He initiated his own training organization in 1991 and started work as a full time coach and therapist in 1999. His experience was used in many Asian countries such as Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Vietnam, Mongolia, Sri Lanka.
He is also a founder of CASPEA, a ‘peace through sport’ organization. Today he runs his own coaching and training organization in Switzerland, and is specialized in teaching active-alert hypnosis.
Over the past 25 years he has conducted far more than 10,000 therapy and coaching sessions and provided hundreds of days of training.

Nick Kemp has been involved in the field of personal change for over thirty years, having studied many forms of communication and personal development, including Hypnosis, Provocative Therapy and NLP. Between 1980 and 1998 he taught workshops on personal development. Nick works on a group and individual basis for professional and personal work. He runs a successful private practice, and also provides business trainings to companies by appointment. In 2004 Nick Kemp met Frank Farrelly, (creator of Provocative Therapy and influence on the creators of NLP) and began an intensive training with him to become one of a very small number of Farrelly internationally approved Provocative Therapy Trainers.
Nick and Frank became firm friends, co presenting at Provocative Therapy events as well as spending far too many hours watching classic movies at Nick’s home cinema in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Nick set up The Association for Provocative Therapy (AFPT), and released “Provocative Change Works for Phobias”, which was the first of a number of DVD sets with commentary from Frank Farrelly himself. Alexia’s career started over 25yrs ago in Acute Mental Health. She progressed from the wards to training in Psychology and Education. During her Teaching career, I specialised in working with adults from Marginalised groups. (The vulnerably housed, Rough Sleepers, Asylum Seekers and those fleeing Domestic Violence.)

Shamanism captured her attention as a 19yrs old, during a trip to West Africa. She had her first spiritual extraction and power retrieval by a local Medicine man aka the Marabou man. This encounter led to further journeys to learn from Indigenous Tribes, in particular tribes from the Upper Amazon Jungle and the Andean mountains.
Blending Shamanic tools and approaches, into her Therapy work was a real ‘game changer’ and she continues to be astounded by the profound changes people experience, by re-integrating spirituality into their lives.

Trevor is the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and the Training Director of The Quest Institute. He is a practising Hypnotherapist with a clinic in Harley Street. He was the editor of the Hypnotherapy Journal of the National Council for Hypnotherapy for nine years, and was their Director of Ethics and Supervision for a further five until he stepped down in 2011.
