Because change can happen quickly
Because Change CAN Happen Quickly…
What’s Rapid Change Works All About?
There are many people who believe that…
- Lasting personal change or therapeutic results takes a long time (often years)
- Change needs to be about deep analysis, or self-reflection
- Reliving past trauma will somehow make your future better
- Understanding why you have a problem will somehow make it go away.
However… change doesn’t have to be done this way!
I’m on a mission to be a force for good in this world and to do what I can to challenge these all too often, generally accepted concepts. I want to show the world that Rapid Change Works and works well!
About Howard Cooper

A few days ago I was scrolling through my social media landscape and suddenly came across the marvellous and talented, comedian, actor and writer, Miranda Hart who posted…
People are talking about how they’re feeling overwhelmed. Parents are perhaps trying to work full time jobs all whilst home schooling kids (which essentially translates into working late nights and early mornings.) Or on the other hand no work to do, little money and no one to talk to…
Sometimes I have people who call me because they want me to help “hypnotise” them into changing. But does everyone who I work with need hypnotherapy?
What if people were sometimes just missing an obvious practical solution?
